October 2021 – MedWest Realty, as real estate advisor to Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists (“PNS”), has assisted in their expansion of their Orange, California office. PNS continues their growth throughout Orange County with locations in Costa Mesa, Mission Viejo, Santa Ana and Orange. Originally opening in the Orange office in 2018, PNS had outgrown their space and, after evaluating options, decided to expand into over double their original footprint within the same complex.
MedWest is proud to be able to continue to provide real estate advisory services to PNS as they continue their growth and patient service. We have assisted in their purchase of assets as well as helping secure leases as we support and advise on their strategic business plan.
