February 2022 – MedWest has completed leasing of medical space within The Walk in Newport Beach; a 76,000 square foot, mixed-use complex. The medical space within the project was leased to a mixture of medical, dental and sub-specialties, including fertility and hair restoration.
On-site service and food retail provides amenities for staff and visitors alike. As one of the newest complexes in Newport Beach, the project provides physicians and dental providers high quality space to serve Newport Heights, Bayshore and eastside Costa Mesa residents.
This was the fifth project between MedWest and the project owner. We appreciate their continued trust and look forward to the next opportunity to work with them.
