March 2022 – MedWest has finalized long-term leases with two tenants to complete leasing of the 7,600 square foot Brookhurst Point Medical Plaza at 19201 Brookhurst Street in Huntington Beach, California.
Formerly a pho restaurant, the owner purchased the closed restaurant with a vision of demolishing the restaurant and developing a premier boutique medical building with great visibility and signage for tenants. The site features surface parking and direct suite access for ease of patient experience.
MedWest Realty was engaged prior to the City’s approval of the site’s redevelopment plans. We worked with the owner during the redevelopment process and were able to secure leases prior to the project’s completion.
