The property is adjacent to Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach and was built in two phases, which encompass over 150,000 square feet of premier medical office space, to serve Newport Beach residents and the surrounding communities. The building has a multitude of specialties, from ambulatory surgery centers to oncology to dermatology to concierge medicine. The building also has support services which include an on-site pharmacy, lab and deli.
MedWest Realty has been selected to provide lease advisory services to the new ownership group.
The new owners are institutional capital that have a long-term vision for continuing the great legacy that was started by the previous owners of the asset.
