November 2021 – Welltower, one of the largest medical REITs in the country, has engaged MedWest Realty to assist in leasing and tenant retention at the Lakewood Regional Medical Building at 5750 Downey Avenue in Lakewood, California.
The three-story asset is on the campus of Tenet Health’s Lakewood Regional Medical Center which is a 172-bed acute care facility.
