May 2022 – Welltower, one of the largest medical REITs in the country, has engaged MedWest Realty to assist in leasing and tenant retention at Providence One at 1950 Sunny Crest Drive in Fullerton, California.
The 86,073 square foot, three story asset is walking distance of Providence St. Jude Medical Center which is a 320-bed acute care hospital. The building is anchored by St. Jude Heritage Medical Group, which has over 150 physicians within the group providing a broad spectrum of services. The building also provides support services in an on-site lab, pharmacy and café to make the patient experience as much of a one-stop-shop as possible.
