May 2022 – LAMB Properties has signed a 16,000 square foot lease with City of Hope, a premier oncology treatment provider, to anchor the Seacliff Medical Plaza at 2100 Main Street in Huntington Beach. The 50,000 square foot building is being converted from a general office building to medical office in conjunction with the site’s redevelopment.
Purchased in late 2018, LAMB Properties had a vision to redevelop the site from its existing 5-building office campus to a mixed-use environment. The site, when completed, will feature 2 general office buildings, a 50,000 square foot medical office building and 226 rooms of senior housing, featuring assisted living and memory care, that will be housed in a 180,000 square foot complex.
MedWest Realty represented LAMB Properties in the lease with City of Hope and is engaged to lease up the balance of building as well as provide advisory services with all existing tenants within the project.
City of Hope will be expanding and relocating their oncology services within Huntington Beach from an existing 6,000 square foot facility.
